Product Description

A chunky Rustic soft wood bench, made to last, this Bench features hand crafted curved legs to give an added unique feel.

We promise you will not be disappointed by the craftsmanship and quality we ensure to all our products large or small. we make all our furniture by hand and time and care goes into each and every piece.

Finished with a medium oak wax (as seen in the photos) however there are other options below if you feel you would prefer a different colour.

Character of our woods

As we use only natural woods, they are full of character and details which only adds to the overall beauty of each shelf and in its own way makes every item unique. As with all natural woods they will contain there natural feature which can include Knots, splits, cracks, twists shakes and bows. all of which give it that natural uniqueness.

Finishes. (6 Available)

We make every piece ourselves from pure form timber and then through cut planing and sanding we transform it into each shelf. with the sanding we start of with a lower grit of 80 and work our way up to a fine smooth finish. when we are at the point when we are happy with the smooth finish we apply the relevant wax finish. by using waxes we really highlight and show off the natural timber and all its features.

FAQs

Can I have a different size mantel/shelf to the ones listed?

Yes, We make everything ourselves and we are more than happy to make to your requirements/sizes. if you want a quote just drop us a message or if you prefer give us a call.

What if I want a different ﬁnish?

The same as the above answer really… we can cater for all types of ﬁnishes and if it isn’t listed it doesn’t mean we cant do it! we are happy to help you get the ﬁnish you want.

What methods can I use to pay online?

We accept card payments from all major debit/credit cards providers as well as PayPal.

Can I order from you directly?

Please contact us directly if you would like to discuss any work or to pay a deposit on commission work. We accept payments via BACS, all major debit/credit cards, cheque or cash and PayPal. All Bespoke and commercial orders require A minimum 50% deposit is required upon ordering, with the balance payable prior to delivery conﬁrmation.

What are your Lead Times on furniture?

It depends on the product. Our Products are handmade to order and therefore during busy periods, lead times can be slightly longer than the usual 6-8 weeks for larger items from order to delivery. For bespoke orders please allow up to 10 weeks from order to delivery.

Can you provide and install my furniture?

We can provide an installations service if the item requires it for a fee(depending on location and size). However, our furniture is usually ready assembled when sent via courier.

Can I collect?

You are very welcome to collect your furniture from our Showroom and Workshop.

We are based in Sprotbrough village in South Yorkshire

Delivery

All our furniture including chairs, benches and beds are made to order by us, we put time into ensuring the finish is to the high standard you would expect. due to the fact each item is made to order we have a lead time of between 14-21 days. this can vary depending on the workload at the time of order so please enquire at the time of order for an accurate timescale. we will however strive to get them with you at the earliest time possible.

We use reputable couriers for the delivery of your order and have managed to build a good working relationship with them to ensure your order is delivered safely.

Once your order is confirmed we will make your shelf the next working day and get it dispatched as soon as the shelf is finished.
We have a great business relationship with our couriers, using the most reliable and efficient couriers to ensure your shelves reach you safe and prompt.
after ordering your Product you can expect to receive your item within 3-5 Days of dispatch (unless otherwise stated, i.e large customised orders).
Weekend delivery is unavailable as standard delivery, so you will only receive your shelves within a Monday – Friday time slot. However Saturday deliver could be arranged via a weekend courier where additional cost would apply.
We can only deliver to the UK Mainland.

Returns

We offer a 30 day returns policy on our shelves, If for any reason you are unhappy with your shelf you can return it for a full refund. Buyer to pay return postage costs.
This policy does not apply to bespoke/customised orders.
